They then use video and cards to review a range of responsibilities for each member of the team and their contribution to sustainable development.
Learning objectives

- identify the key roles and responsibilities of those involved in the design and development process
- specify their contribution to sustainable development
- support opinions and arguments with evidence
- identify the personal, learning and thinking skills they are using.
Continuing professional development
This activity includes opportunities for you to:

Use the Video wall to increase learners' knowledge of roles in the industry and challenge their perceptions about the people who fill those roles. Find out more in the Personnel guidance notes.
In the Wheel of design and development, learners use a model to review and record what's happening at each stage in the design and development of a construction project.
You can develop your learners' knowledge of how the personnel involved in this process communicate and work together by trying the Lines of communication activity.
