Networks, peer and community activities

Subject Learning Coaches participate in a range of face to face and online peer and community activities including free one-day coaching networks led by highly skilled practitioners and facilitators, discussion forums, resource development and action research projects.
Subject Learning Coaches also participate in:
- networks that take place at least twice a year for Subject Learning Coaches and are normally held regionally
- the SLC community a vibrant community of practice, a membership only portal that you will gain access to as soon as you have been nominated to be a Subject Learning Coach by your organisation
- SCN Action Research Projects on an exciting range of subject, cross-curricular, coaching and whole organisation topics get the SLC community into action; projects are shared and discussed at network meetings.
Taking part in peer and community activities provides a unique opportunity for you to make a real difference to teaching, training and learning in your organisation. It is also a great chance for you and others to be re-energised, inspired and stimulated.
